Jennifer Ward
Jennifer discovered Pilates in 2000, finding that its breathwork and mind-body flow reshaped her stress, energy, and posture. Originally from Long Island, NY, she studied at Alfred University before earning a Master’s degree in Chinese Medicine from OCOM in Portland, Oregon.
Jen completed her Classical Pilates certification in 2018 under Master Instructor Jessica Schultz. After years of searching, Pilates resolved her chronic nerve pain. Later, experiencing debilitating pelvic health challenges broadened her compassion and clinical lens, inspiring her focus on supporting women through stress, midlife transitions, and hormonal shifts.
Today, Jen integrates Classical Pilates with her background as a Licensed Acupuncturist, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Hormonal Health Coach to foster alignment, vitality, and nervous system regulation. Outside the studio, she has raised service dogs, enjoys dock diving with her Golden Retriever, Sunna, and lived in Cape Town for 1.5 years—experiences that continue to shape her view of movement as a lifelong tool for strength and resilience.
